Hey... Mr Curiosity?

Hey Mr. Curiosity
Is it true what they've been saying about you
Are you killing me?
You took care of the cat already
And for those who think it's heavy
Is it the truth
Or is it only gossip
Call it mystery or anything
Just as long as you'd call me
I sent the message on did you get it when I left it
See this catastrophic event
It wasn't meant to mean no harm
But to think there's nothing wrong is a problem.

We Sleep All Day

Please don't mind the video, because the audio is close to superb.

Okay. I close my eyes and pretend I am there now.

If anything, his songs explains a lot of things. Not the answer to the universe (which is 42), but things in my life. If this makes no sense to you it's okay.

February Fourteenth Five Thousand

Today Jason wrote :

"Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. In my opinion, people have attached themselves to this holiday in a way that makes single people sad, those in relationships nervous, and those in marriage pressured. No matter what your status, I invite you to give love in a powerful, new way this year.."

(*please read his whole message to help Haiti at FF5000)

Yeah. So V-Day comes every year and it's amusing to read how that one Day can make people sad, nervous and pressured.

Really? Maybe I sound cynical. Which is probably my intention :P Nah. You go ahead and have a great time in any manner you wish on that day. Never let your mind stop you from having a good time, remember? ;)

Anyway regardless of your status this coming February Fourteenth, have a wonderful day, sit back and enjoy some Mraz music, eat simple and scrumptiously and be happy!

Mraz is for Lovers, and lovers of life.

Tik Tok

I can't believe that it was exactly 11 months ago when I went to his concert in KL.

At this time last year I was counting days and hours and wishing that time would hurry hurry up.

Mraziositis kicking in hard.

Happy Endings?

This song made me almost cry. The song, the voice, and how he sings it.

The subject matter though, makes me very curious. Hmmmm.....yes, I wonder if it is what I think it is. Haha that'll be so funny and should be rated 18 ;P

Lovely song anyway. He could've written about triple-ply, acid-free, earth-friendly toilet paper and it'll still be music to my ears :)

" The Whole Song Was an Email Collaboration"

Oh this can't be embedded so click here for Colbie and Jason's Grammy acceptance speeches.

"It'll be a co-custody deal you know ..."

:) Trust J to be funny.

Jason Will Unplug Zermatt

It always makes me SMILE silly when I check my inbox and see an email from Jason Mraz.

Yes.

Imagine that. An email from my favourite farmer.

Well, 'he' emailed to basically inform that he'll be at Zermatt Unplugged on 17th April.

Zermatt. That's in landlocked, neutral-land called Switzerland.

Oh. That's. Like. So. Far.

So in Mraziotic times like these, I fervently hope and wish that someone will quickly upload loads of good stuff on Youtube for the benefit of far-flung fans like us.

*wish*

"And Things Are Gonna Happen Naturally.."

A Jason moment in Pavilion KL.

I was passing by this clothing shop and it was playing You and I Both so naturally I walked in and started humming and singing along and checking out the merchandise and stayed there until the song ended and walked out feeling so happy.

That absolutely made my day.

See, this is what they mean by the little things :)

More of my man goofing around at the Grammys (it's not an interview, he's just playing silly with Mr Mariah Carey). Oh the hair. It's ... so Costello. As is the suit. Still very lovely any way.

"..I Have No Idea What's Going On.."

Grammys or not, we love Jason!

LOS ANGELES -- Lamb of God and Trey Songz didn't get to bring home the gold, but Mechanicsville's Jason Mraz was a mini Grammy darling, claiming two of music's most prestigious prizes.

Mraz, who lives in San Diego, won his first-ever trophies for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for "Make it Mine" and Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for "Lucky," his duet with Colbie Caillat, during the Grammy pre-show yesterday.

"We're elated," said Mraz's mom, June Tomes, who watched the pre-show online in Richmond. "To win both his categories, it's amazing. He's worked very hard."

Mraz, who was not present at the early portion of the show, attended the evening ceremony with his father, Tom, who also lives in Mechanicsville.

What is he wearing? And he didn't shave :) Aww and he brought his dad to the awards.

The awards were given out pre-telecast though. Dang.

Anyhoo, love ya Jason well done well done! Oh and Colbie too :)

Make It Mine Mine Mine !

Calling Out Our Guilty Pleasures

As we say Hello to February, here's something that has grown on me over the past few weeks:

Source : NamElessScrub.

This 'series' of videos of Jason performing in the streets of Paris (?) is a must watch. Go indulge. It's all I'm doing to catch him live. I wonder if his tour schedule this year is out. Don't think it'll be too soon however, since he'll be working on his new album.

It'll be worth the wait.
